Daikin HVAC Systems
for Chapel Hill Homes

Why Daikin in Chapel Hill

Why Daikin Works So Well for Chapel Hill Homes

Chapel Hill's climate: Chapel Hill has slightly more elevation than Raleigh — winters can be marginally colder, especially overnight. Heavy tree cover in established neighborhoods means more shade but also more debris.

Chapel Hill's housing stock: Historic core with significant retrofit needs, surrounded by 1990s-2010s+ subdivisions. Many homes have premium HVAC equipment due to higher-than-average home values.

Daikin's variable-speed inverter technology + R-32 refrigerant + intelligent humidity modes are specifically suited to Chapel Hill's climate. Premium Chapel Hill homes — especially the multi-zone or addition-heavy properties — gain the most from Daikin's VRV-Life and Inverter AC systems.
