Why Daikin in Durham

Why Daikin Works So Well for Durham Homes

Durham's climate: Durham mirrors Raleigh's climate. Older neighborhoods near downtown have higher tree density. Falls Lake area has lake-effect humidity in summer.

Durham's housing stock: Wide range — pre-WWI bungalows downtown to 2010s+ master-planned communities in the outer ring. Significant historic retrofit market.

Daikin's variable-speed inverter technology + R-32 refrigerant + intelligent humidity modes are specifically suited to Durham's climate. Premium Durham homes — especially the multi-zone or addition-heavy properties — gain the most from Daikin's VRV-Life and Inverter AC systems.
